They are very rude people. I had gone to purchase some accessories for my online shop as they were a local business. Their communication skills and how to deal with customers is very unprofessional. There are other better wholesalers in Chicago than them. Not worth your time and money to deal with such people who can’t even care about their customers.

MA Sports USA is a great place for wholesale and retail of cellular accessories. Everytime, I go there to purchase products for my store, i see new products, new ideas. The team there is helpful and their merchandising gives me ideas to organize my store better. Definitely a place to visit.

Worthless company , ordered a phone cover through Amazon and the day it was to be delivered I tracked the delivery and found out it was delivered to another city in New Mexico so I contacacted and texted the problem and they wrote back and said that the shipping label was correct which it was so I told them to track it and see that it that it was delivered to another city and they responded by saying since it was labeled it correct it was up to me to figure out what happened with the USPS and the wrong delivery. I called Amazon and they said that MA SPORTSUSA should have called USPS and assisted me so Joni from Amazon called USPS put me on a conference call with post master and he apologized for mistake and that I should be getting any minute by special delivery and sure enough the mailman drove up while on the phone and delivered my package. I guess MA SPORTSUSA doesn't believe that the customer comes first ., I know my purchase was on 22 dollars but I will never purchase another product from MA SPORTSUSA THANKS FOR NOTHING
