I went on a Sunday and was out driving 4 hours later in a 2011 Hyundai! The process was painless, but i'm impatient, however, the time is spent doing paperwork and online processing Scott was cool and staff was accommodating and pleasant. No issues and I will BE BACK for a 2nd ride! Vroom! Vroom! Everyone loves my ride too! :)
Do Not let the Staff being cool fool you. Company is Crooked!!.. they can put you in a car quickly because most of them are LEMONS.The finance company Danco they use will mess your credit up for their lemon.
I decided on a Sunday of all times (during the holidays) that my household needed a second car. I didn't realize that all the car dealers were closed Sundays....but I happened to pull into Auto Deals and Paul was there. We picked out a fantastic Honda Civic that fit my needs and budget...and Paul worked TIRELESSLY on his day off to get the deal done. Wonderful family dealership who wants to work with you to make deals happen, and a great selection of reliable vehicles too. Thank you to the entire team!
I purchased a car from auto deals in Mableton back in March about a week later the check engine light came on and I was sideswiped by a semi. Upon taking the car to the dealership I was told that the engine was completely gone and that the car was totaled and I needed to pay to get it fixed from the accident so they could resale it. I do not believe that was legal. They then traded that car out for a different car refusing to refund the down payment. The second car that I got from them the check engine light came on within 48 hours of me leaving the lot. I have been to the dealership multiple times called and text no one had repaired the car they are giving me the run around trying to run out the service warranty. The car can’t pass emissions I believe they are turning the engine lights off in the cars there is no way that two cars have engine problems so close to being purchased without them knowing.
