The team at Jack Glass was very helpful in installing an outlet to charge our electric car. We encountered some issues in the installation, but they were diligent in finding a remedy without charging us an additional fee, even though it required more of their time. I would highly recommend this professional family-owned business.
After getting some outrageous quotes to install an EV charger, a friend recommended Glass Electric. Kerry came out the next day to give me a quote. He was on time but even more important, he was extremely thorough and knowledgable. Unlike the other guys, Kerry actually took the time to really assess the job, including taking accurate measurements - which affected the location of the charger. Good to know that in advance! Even more important, there was no \up charge\ based on my vehicle... just excellent service and an honest price. (Other companies quoted me twice the amount... one contractor even said \If you can afford a Tesla you can afford the cost to install the charger!\) Glass Electric was half the price and took half the time estimated by the other guys. The installation went great... so well, in fact, that I've already recommended Glass Electric to another friend who has already contacted them. Great Company. Great Prices. Great Work!

Scheduled for a week to change out fixtures and received a \courtesy call\ that they wont be showing up. With one person calling out they didnt not want to pull the other guys from larger jobs. Leaving me scrambling to find an electrician 17 hours from work start!! Completely unprofessional and their reasoning was the other job was more important and they are a \mom and pops shop\. So I guess i should just hire a larger company if this one cant stay organized.
