Best urgent care I’ve ever been to. Staff is friendly and efficient. And Dr. Turner actually listens to you and is a very caring and knowledgeable doc. I received great care here.

Called to ask if they provided a specific service, to which they told me yes. I drove 1 hour to this clinic to sit in the waiting room for 1 hour and to sit in a different room for another hour before I was told that they did not have the required materials to conduct the test. Everyone said “I didn’t know” and there was absolutely no effort put in to help me. In fact, it took another 30 minutes to get my refund. Over 3 and a half hours wasted, never coming back and I don’t recommend you do either.
I went here to get a DOT physical done. The nurses and the Doctor were extremely nice and helpful and they had me in and out in no time. I highly recommend this urgent care.
Many people may not be able to lay a hand on it but personal touches are important in matters of health care service delivery. it is an intangible thing but monstrously important for someone who isn't having the best of health. Dr Turner is human and his services got a personal touch ( the assurances he provide, the clarity of the situation as well as what to expect. he knows where it hurts and does all he can to alleviate the situation to a better place) Kudos to him and the team. they are wonderful. it is a full 5-star
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly staff. The front office worker was very kind and made me as ease. I was called back in minutes after coming in, without an appointment, the assistant was very friendly and created a peaceful environment. I felt sure that they would do a good job. She asked typical question while creating a comforting conversation. Then the doctor came in. He was very intelligent about my problem and quickly came to a solution. He did the procedure in the less painful way and quickly solved my problem. I am very pleased with the office, staff, and doctor. This Urgent Care is one of the best I have been to and if I ever need to again, I will return.
