Here's the type of guys you'll be dealing with here. Cold weather comes in and one corner of my car starts sagging to the ground. I had no doubt it was the air strut that went out. They aren't cheap when they go out either. I drop my car off here and they begin work on it right away as they know it's my only vehicle right now (offering a loaner Mercedes free of charge too). After installing the new strut they found out it wasn't the strut and was just a sensor. They put my old strut back in as there was nothing wrong with it and fixed the sensor. They could have installed the new strut anyways and charged me and I wouldn't have known any different but these guys aren't like any other shop. They even gave me back money that I had already paid for the job since the job turned out to be half as much! You won't get this kind of service and honesty anywhere else! If you want your Mercedes taken care of by the best then this is your shop. They've also been considerably cheaper than the dealership would charge for the same tasks. Your Mercedes is in great hands here!

Went today to replace belt and tensioner.. on my E350.. these guys are awesome. Started right away .. and finished everything in 1.5 hours..even gave me a loaner.. they were honest, cheaper than dealership .. and has earned my trust .. thank you guys.. I'll spread the word.. hard work and honesty always pays.. keep it up!
What can I say? Solved a problem through sheer diligence that nobody was able to fix before. Have been there quite a few times and cannot recommend enough!
After desperately looking for an auto shop that wasn’t afraid to work on a German engineered vehicle, I came across Mercedes Auto Care. I was impressed with their fast labor, customer service and experience. I love that they also have loaner cars so that your daily life isn’t interrupted. I highly recommend Mike and Shawn for all your automotive needs.
Mike and Shawn are the very best and over the years I’ve dealt with some fine Mercedes mechanics at four other shops. Followed them here when they opened their own shop even though it means a longer drive because I have total confidence in each of them. And they’re great guys, too.
