Marie, Khala and the team at High 5 have exceeded my expectations for a background check agency! I am a director of a daycare in the Akron and Cleveland area and have had awful experiences with OTHER agencies in the area. They have great communication and knowledge about ODJFS, BCI and FBI fingerprinting. They have gone above and beyond to help my hiring process run smoothly and quickly by getting things done quickly. I did a walk-in for fingerprinting and Khala was very kind and got my fingerprints done in no time. No wait and service even included an envelope for my fingerprint cards.
