I am a new homeowner who got several estimates from local businesses and I have zero regrets that I chose Benchmark! They were able to update my ugly wood floors to a beautiful, dimensional, gray finish! Very professional, friendly, strong communication, and was the best price for the job! It is a family based company which personally I prefer than going through a corporate one. I provided photos of before and after. My floors were not in the best condition surface wise: had stains, gouges, and scratched up. You would of thought I had put in a whole new floor after they were done! I highly recommend this company!

These guys are top notch. If you're not getting your hardwood floors refinished by Benchmark, then you're doing it wrong. They treated my entire project as if it was their own home. Of all the work I've had done in my homes, this was the most comfortable and trusting experience that I've ever had. Also, you won't be able to beat the price, not for the care and hard work they provide. You could pay a whole lot more for a whole lot less, trust me. My floors look beautiful and I honestly couldn't be happier.

If you are in doubt to hire these company, please don’t have doubt. They really did a outstanding job in my house, 4 rooms with an old carpet now are alive with a hardwood wood.
