After receiving my car this week, Brett my salesman did everything he could for me to get the vehicle that I wanted. Brett was always contacting me through text message anytime a new vehicle arrived. I highly encourage you to deal with him or any of the other sales rep. each and every one of them are very professional, welcoming and always making sure you leave happy. This was by far the best experience I've had when leasing a new vehicle, I strongly recommend coming to this dealership!

I've been coming to this Alfa dealer since it became an Alfa dealer and I've always received excellent service. With the new ownership from Lakeside to Genesis I would say things have gotten better here as far as service and sales. I wouldn't hesitate to tell anyone to go Genesis and get their car serviced their or buy a Alfa or Fiat from them. As far as consumer reviews goes... I'd recommend buying a Giulia!
John Llewellyn was the best sales person I’ve ever met. He made the purchase of my car exciting, and walked me through every step. John was very professional, and answered all of my phones calls. He’s the reason why I chose an Alfa Romeo. We actually have two now from John.
I went to Alfa Romeo and FIAT of Lakeside to look at some models of the Giulia and walked away with the car of my dreams. Upon getting to the lot we were approached by Joe Thomas. Joe was extremely helpful and took his time to make our experience as good as possible. During my test drive Joe was able to answer all of my questions. Joe went out of his way to find a car that he knew I would be blown away by. I was originally planning on looking at the base model but Joe was able to work with me to get the cost of a TI Sport down into my price range. This hands down was the most pleasant car shopping experience I have ever had. They were very accommodating and put me in a amazing car for a great price. Thanks again Joe!
I purchased a vehicle through Genesis Alfa Romeo this week. They are very customer focused. Went out of their way to help us find a vehicle that met our needs and we were happy with. No high pressure sales. Just good old customer service. Highly recommend them. We’ll be back for more soon as we have future needs as well!

Our salesman, Dave, far exceeded our expectations and did everything he could to make a deal happen. No games played and very easy to communicate. Car was even delivered with a special gift inside for our newborn. Very pleased.
