Great food, but every single time I've gone through the drive thru (about once a month!), my order is wrong. This is why my rating is so low - it's on the drive-thru process. Once, they missed an entire dinner. Another time, gave me plain fries when I had ordered cheese fries. Another time, gave me chili-cheese fries when I had ordered chili fries. Another time my hani has tomato on it even though I asked for no tomato. Twice now I've ordered coney dogs without onion and of course, they had onion on them. Basically, go through the drive-thru at your own risk and expect something to be messed up. Also, all your condiments will be missing too! I always ask for ranch dressing for chicken strips and extra greek dressing for the salad and it's never in the bag. These are simple orders and it's obvious that they're rushing or not paying attention to detail AT ALL. I want to still support our favorites during this pandemic, but I'm done giving my money to this location.
So good to go to restaurants again. And a National Coney Dog was just what I needed. Top that off with the great service and a super sweet waitress that smiles with her eyes. Perfect!
Staff were welcoming and efficient. The food was delicious! Thank you for a most enjoyable eating experience.
