Awesome company that now goes by the name Mechanical Engineering! I spoke with Lisa on the phone she was so very nice! I explained about how my elderly parents were possibly getting ripped off. Ryan came out right away and discovered the issue was a simple fix ,saving my parents thousands of dollars!!! I will be recommending this company to everyone! Thank you Mechanical Engineering for treating my parents like you would yours!!

Where do I even start? This company is no longer known as Rummel but as mechanical engineers heating and cooling. What a wonderful company to do business with. Lisa was a wonderful help when I initially called stating my heat wasn't working on my furnace; it was urgent due to the fact that it is late fall and I have an 18 month old child in the house. She was so kind and I felt she went above and beyond to meet my needs. She got the technician out the same day I phoned them. As for the Technician, Ryan, he also was friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable and took care of our problem quickly but while still maintaining quality. He also checked out the rest of our furnace informing me ahead of time that our blower motor was close to needing to be replaced as well and said he would call tomorrow with the estimate of the replacement. He was also kind enough to replace our filters to make sure our air quality was clean Since they were ready to be replaced anyways. All in all a fabulous company, reliable, well priced, and friendly!! We will definitely be doing business with them again in the future and will surely recommend them to our surrounding friends and family. Thank you so much mechanical engineers!!

I ran over my ac cord while mowing the lawn... Any way I Google places around found this place which is now called mechanical engineers. Lisa the woman who answered the phone was so nice and helpful. So talkative. She found me a quote right away got a guy here in two days. He was here promptly and left within 20 minutes. He would not accept a tip!!! Great place deff recommend!!!
