Thanks again for the awesome Spa guys, super excited to have it for the remainder of this cold winter! Carl was very helpful and made sure I was completely satisfied with the Viking Spa that I ordered completely virtually. I recommend the Viking Spa Royal series to anyone who is an avid user of hot tubs.

If you are a first time pool buyer looking for guidance don’t go here. I wish Chris my sales guy was honest with me from the start, not only would I have saved myself from an unbeatable amount of stress I would have saved money too. This is not COVID related, I ordered my pool in May but didn’t receive it until mid Aug. this I believe was out of there hands. However, non of the installers recommended have equipment to complete the excavation of my yard, this I had to find on my own. The installers (Motor City Pools)told me that that hate dealing with Sunnys and that they were lied to about the complexity of my install and charged me an extra grand. They left without installing my pump of filter, I called Sunnys to let them know and for resources, Chris is awesome at getting you to spend money but not following up afterwards. Hence, I got no response, no resources, and a pool the I cannot yet use. I went here specifically for an aquasport 52 that I needed installed into a hill. If you are getting g this or close don’t go here because the can’t help you. Hoping I can find someone to complete my install. After posting my review, I see that there is a post from the owner who has never contacted me to resolve the problem or gather any details. The excavation company called the owner in my behalf but I’ve never been in direct contact with him. I was not able to reply to his comment so I am posting below my review. My review states that I was not provided the crucial resources needed for a successful install. Chris may have told the owner that he had Mike contact me but that is not true, I was giving Mikes contact by Jon of Motor City. I asked Mike to come out after I mistakenly cancelled him; this happened because I was attempting to schedule and find so many services on my own. This is unfortunately an awful experience, I looked for the expertise of purchasing from your store but would have probably done much better purchasing online.

I was so impressed with the professionalism, honesty, and help from Chris at Sunny Pool & Spas. We purchased a hot tub from him. He was very thorough and informative on the best options for our family. Chris made it a priority to find what we needed and to keep us informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this company as they stand behind their product and customer. Thanks Chris!
