After many great reviews, and a close friend’s recommendation, I reached out to Mr. Clough and his business DSP Laser. to have some laser engraving done on a Pistol that was a gift from my Military Unit and Soldiers from our recent deployment to Afghanistan. What I thought would be a great experience soon turned into a extremely frustrating and disappointing situation that is still unresolved over a year later. Mr. Clough advised me that damaged had been accidentally done to my pistol and the slide was compromised as a result. This transpired into months of back and forth trying to have the pistol slide either fixed or replaced. Throughout which Mr. Clough was extremely unresponsive. Very rarely answering phone calls or responding to left messages. This forced me to drive to his business’s location (Over an hour for me) just to try and catch him to see what was going on with the situation. To this day, the issue is still unresolved and DSP Laser has still not reached out nor returned my calls or messages. I just want resolution as it is doubtful that I will ever be able to get back the sentimental gift that was given to me.

I can't say enough great things about this place. Mr. Matt is amazing!!! We went in the get some things engraved for my daughter's wedding, and Mr Matt helped us. He was very professional and kind. By the time our experience was over, it was like being at a friend's house. Love,love,love!!! PSA: I highly recommend this place for "father of the bride" glasses and/or flutes.
