The customer service of this company is so poor. I tried to reach them many times by phone and I couldn’t. Then I decided to go to the plant. I got to the main building and at the front desk they just have a phone with the directory company. So actually I drove 50 miles to make a phone call again that nobody answered. I believe that they should have more contact with the community because they are using the land and the environment. Finally, I would like to say that I entered to the plant I drove all around and nobody was there to give me instruction. This is not a safe place if you can access everywhere.
