This place does not work fast. They load you then make you sit in the door for hours, reefer running and wasting fuel. They do not seem to care. When ask how much longer you think they'll be - the answer is 5 to 10 minutes, I'm just wondering who taught then their clock skills. We've had trucks back in 30 minutes to an hour after us and they are already gone. We are never rude and we are respectful, just in case anyone wants to say that's the reason we're sitting here after others have left.
