This place is one of the places that I have had the worst experience at. I had my flight on Sunday, November 22 and I tried to book for a COVID test here on Thursday. When I called the number, they transferred me repeatedly to 4 different calls and each call provided 4 different information for me to book an appointment. Then, they did not even provide me my negative test result and told me to \come to their place\ to take the report instead of just emailing me. I have not known a place which does not provide test result through email and this useless place told me that due to their \encryption policy\, they could not email it to me. This is not the end, at last I convinced the boss to email the result to me and when I called them the next day to follow about my result, they told me that they could not email my result. I was stunned at their hypocritic behavior.

I would have to agree with the below comments, about Dr. Reeves, If you are looking to be talked down to, and want a doctor that DOES NOT LISTEN , asked me if I was done yet talking and if it was his turn. WTH. Starred at computer and typed as I talked then , put his Superman cape on to tell me how great he was in life, and the reset of us should excel like him. I gave this doctor and the staff multiple tries to remedy this situation. Requested a new doctor, receptionist said \NO\ you can not have a different doctor, because if you do not like what Dr. Reeves says then the will all say the same thing. REALLY? IS THAT HOW \MERCER UNIVERSITY\ MEDICINE IS RUN. And I Will not even get started on this guy and him spending you're money with out even asking. So many problems, I would thin k the school would invest in some mystery shopper time.

I have only had a great experience with Dr Christopher Reeves. He actually listens to what you have to say and explains things well. You never feel rushed. He has the BEST office help. Dr Reeves nurse, Linda always keeps me informed and always follows up. It’s nice to see a doctor and his staff who treats you with respect and genuinely cares for you. Even from the moment you walk at the front desk to the check out, awesome service with friendly staff. I highly recommend Dr. Christopher Reeves and staff.

You are greeted well and respectful upon entry, registered, seated, and seen in an admirable period of time. Dr.Hawkins, his lead assistant,and nursing staff are very personable , informing and enlightening. I feel very blessed to have been treated by them from day one for my health issue.Since 2007, they have added joy, happiness, inspiration and longevity to my life.
