Best hospital yet!!! I had to have surgery at 3 am for a major cut in my hand that broke tendons and fractured 3 fingers. The cut was so deep i could see tendons and bones. They done a great job and referred me to physical therapy and orthopedics. The ER was great also the doctors were all working together with me and with the nurses to fix my hand. Best place ever!!!

Thank you Dr Stokes and Nurse Brandon for the treatment I received for the dog bite on my arm. I actually live closer to Houston county hospital but I chose the ER at Navicent Health because I trust that I’ll get the treatment I need in a reasonable amount of time

There are some good nurses and good doctors. There however are some terrible doctors, terrible nurses and other staff. There is miscommunication and a lack of communication between the staff. As long as your loved ones are able do for themselves they might be okay at least in your presence. When your loved ones get to where they are unable to do for themselves they are likely to be mistreated. I will die before I ever accept treatment from this place. I pray for anyone suffering from any illness that has to endure the horrors at this medical center. If you love your loved ones I beg you to seek treatment else where so you don't have to endure the horrors that my family has.

It does take a while to see a Dr at the ER but, that's normal. Every other part of the Medical Center I've been to were pleasant experiences. Went to have blood work done about a month ago. It took 20 - 30 minutes. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. I use the pharmacy also. The staff are courteous and respectful. They stay pretty busy but, they fill my meds in about 10 minutes.

This ER has no sense of Urgency there’s no Social Distancing I’ve waited over 2 hours to be seen when patients should be seen or in a room immediately but they had everyone waiting in the waiting room together. The staff asked why I came there and then another hour goes by and they completely forgot why I was there and they asked me again. The NP doesn’t know what a certain test is so I had to discharge myself after realizing that they don’t care about patients that come in and have them waiting in pain while waiting to be seen and go to Houston Medical. Once you say you are relieving yourself from the hospital they try to get you to stay I’m sorry but when did my life matter to you this whole time? I’m a VIP and you didn’t treat me like a priority I’m not staying to convenience you so you can get paid when you’re not doing YOUR JOB! The patients in the ER are crying of pain and they not Emergent? They need a huge change and quit joking around and standing around laughing while you have people that are suffering. They’re always great when I go to Houston Medical but I don’t recommend Navicent if you have any ER issues.
