Nice people, great selection. Macon is about an hour from where I live. I made the drive several times to purchase from Northern Tool. I purchased a NorthStar pressure washer from here about 10 years ago and it is still going strong.

It is hard to rate a store on availability during this season. The store was clean and appears to have a good selection. However, a few items were either sold out or unavailable. The staff was friendly but a sign on the door asks everyone to wear masks. But the individual who checked us out was not wearing a mask.
Wow! Outstanding customer service and just a pleasure to do business with. I had a bit of an issue because I bought an item from somewhere else that was too large to haul home. I had it balanced in the bed of my truck. Made it to Northern Tool and purchased a trailer at a great price. They not only helped me hook up the trailer, but they also assisted me with offloading the item from my truck and then helped me reload it onto the trailer...courteous and professional the whole time. Great group of folks there!!
Never had a problem with finding assistance or on the one occurrence of a return.
Usually have most items in stock. Item descriptions advertised in flyers may not be the item you find in the store. They will always say it was an advertising error.
