I have been here several times and always enjoyed it. A great place to visit and you can learn a lot. Remember, drinks, food, and bug spray.

Such a beautiful location. The trees and green grass are so relaxing. The visitors center is closed due to covid but the park is open.

Thank you for preserving this important historic and cultural site. The site's interpretive resources included a wonderful visitor center (very cool architecture) with well-detailed panels and cases of artifacts. The grounds included easy trails to various mounds where more signage described the very interesting history.

You can learn much here about Native Americans in the southeastern U.S. Both walking the mounds and other trails, and visiting the excellent museum/visitor center are very enjoyable. Staff members are very hospitable.

Nice scenery, good little history lesson. Visitor Center not open during week due to Covid. No public restroom except in visitor center.
