They have very poor customer service, they need to replace almost all their staff. Be careful renting tools from them, if their equipment fails to no fault of your own, they will stick it to you. Pro rewards is a joke, they do not care to provide real discounts to contractors. This means higher prices for homeowners if the materials or tools aren't available anywhere else.
