Not a good experience here, a majority of the staff was not friendly, the bed and pullout couch creak loudly at every movement, the room was somewhat dirty with some bugs as we arrived. The bathroom was very small with a weird shower area. The TVs were not working very well. the pictures online are not accurate of what the room really looks like . For paying nearly 200 a night I’d assume there would be more up to date utilities. I truly would have felt more comfortable at a super 8. The only thing this place has a use for is to store your belongings.

Why five stars! Well, when the owner and the staff put a lot of skin into something like a dated but classy building, this is so much more instead of the today's standard bunker with absolute no personality. We were very welcomed, enjoyed a clean room and the perfect location right around the corner of everything, and the famous John's Pass Village of course. Pet friendly, with a green right behind the place. Parking away from busy traffic, right behind the building too. We will be back! Thank you Patricia and Viviana, making our stay comfortable!

This is such a good find. Amazing hotel for the price. The location is unbeatable. Best part, the walls are thick so even though you are on Gulf Blvd, the outdoor noise is minimal. The pool is great, superb for a family. There's a public beach access just across the street, a bit hard to see but make sure to ask up front and they will be able to help you. These guys speak English and Spanish, they can cater to anyone. Very attentive, and super competitive pricing. Highly recommend if you are coming for a few days or a whole week, they are very flexible. Most definitely coming again soon!

They never cleaned the room, didn't change the towels, TV wasn't working properly when we first arrived, The bathroom tub had a giant rust blotch near the drain and they never took out the trash. All of this for 250 a night. And they refused to return a pair of keys we left there unless we paid a UPS courier. When we first got there, the man behind the counter never got up and barely acknowledged our presence. When he finally did, he seemed annoyed. I have no idea how this place is still in business.

The rooms was great, space related! Some have carpet some tile floors! I stayed in the Hotel 2 with family and friends!! Location and the beach was amazing! Will be back!

Honestly wasn't expecting much I just needed a room overnight for an interview I had the next morning in Tampa. Too my surprised it was a very nice spacious room, very clean especially for the price that I paid. I was definitely not expecting that type of quality. Management staff was great check out was easy check-in was easy. Based off that experience if I'm ever in the area again I'm definitely choosing this place! I am in the property management business and these guys were good.

The stay was so relaxing and comfortable. The concierge Michael was amazing with superb customer service skills. He also made sure all the guest were happy throughout their stay. The rest of the staff was also great. Every room had guest staying, they were booked and the vibe Sat & Sun was amazing. Beach access right across from the hotel and a restaurant right next door with great food. We spent the holiday there and even stayed an extra night. We will definitely be back.

Nice hotel with decent rates. Nice staff pool and cabana for relaxing outside. Rooms come with fully equipped kitchen which is nice including an oven. Definitely somewhere id recommend if looking tk stay in the area.
