I will say that the selection of jewelry here is very good and the store and their jewelry are beautiful, but the prices are very expensive. I guess lease prices in this area are probably very high. I purchased a piece of larimar jewelry here, which I paid much more for than I'd initially budgeted for, but I was desperate to find a gift for my friend's 50th. When I got home my husband kind of freaked out and convinced me that I was crazy so I agreed to take it back. Unfortunately this store's policy is to not offer refunds. I wish I'd known that before purchasing, as it is my policy to never buy from a store that doesn't offer full satisfaction guarantees on their product(s). The necklace had literally never even been taken out of the packaging and it was easily re-sellable. They explained that their no-refund policy was on my receipt and I explained that I didn't have the receipt until AFTER I had purchased the product. I guess it's on me for not asking about the return policy prior to purchasing, but I won't be back, and I'm not sure it's worth losing a customer over. I am also a small-business owner and we always offer full satisfaction guarantees to our customers. I guess I just take it for granted that other business owners would do the same.
