Not fair to pay 2 shipments because you don’t have everything in one warehouse... you should work on that...

Just got off the phone with them - argh horrible and rude customer service - they were out of my product so I asked her if I ship from another warehouse would i have to pay the freight it is not my fault you are out of the most basic item - BACKING - she was so rude it was not funny - not only did she give me a hmmm she belittled me to think i was the one out of stock CANCELLED THE ENTIRE ORDER
