Great professionals, always ready to assist. I'm always very slow but they always have patience with me, even though I don't know much about printers or computers, they with all the patience in the world explain me, send videos, make a conference call. although I don't speak English well, but they are very attentive nonetheless. the whole team is to be congratulated. you deserve a lot of success and good sales! The quality is the best too.
Best cake airbrush I’ve used so far! I’ve ordered the cake airbrush from Icinginks for doing fine line detail spray on my cake. And it turned out really well. It’s a great product for bake lovers like me. The quality of the Compressor is perfect. Also it came with a beautiful package. I will definitely order from them again for their amazing service.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Well!! This is not a solution that solve your poor customer service and products!! This is a solution that keeps you from being held accountable for you poor products!! At least offer to fix my actual printer that was under the warranty or at least offer a new one even different design with the same amount or more and charge me the difference. BUT NOT WASTE MY MONEY FOR INVESTING A PRINTER FOR ONE YEAR ONLY !!!!!! I don't think myself or anyone that will see my review on your website, and Amazon, Google... will buy again that printer anymore!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Zero STAR
I had a problem setting up my new printer for printing image and Jason stayed with me through the process and now I am up and running. If you are looking for a company to purchase from, and may need some help...not all of us are tech savvy, I highly recommend Icinginks. Great customer service! I am definitely a loyal customer.
