Bait and Switch!!!!! We were told that a piece of furniture costing 500 was included in a package deal by several associates. We bought the package and didn't find out until taking a day off of work to have it delivered that the piece was not included. And we ALSO found out that since the furniture had been delivered there was no way to return it. The delivery charge was twice the amount they assured us it would be in the store. The manager said 'there was a miscommunication.' No. No miscommunication. We were blatantly told something that was not true just so they could make a sale. We now how a bunch of low quality furniture that we cannot return and apparently this is all our fault. I have spent several thousands of dollars at this place and will not be duped again. Do not waste your money here. Awful management. Unethical business practices. Don't waste your time.

I spent over 5000 at Ashley's Furniture, almost everything I bought was or is now flawed. The box spring I bought to my bed broke at a knot hole within months after buying, they couldn't replace with original because they discontinued the line. This was the first time I have ever bought a mattress for myself and paid over 1600, the mattress is so bad, it sinks in to a hole after laying in one spot for a small amount of time, my whole body aches after an hour or two of sleeping, they don't care!! I have an extremely bad back and was really looking forward to some relief. The coffee table has missing stain in some areas and cheap wood. The couch material started to pill after a few months of use between my grown daughter and myself using. The legs to a chair and foot stool spin around when moved. It's expensive but haven't found any piece of furniture worth the price!!! Or customer service!
