I love this store cuz they carry dry many cool things you never knew you needed, but I was disappointed that they were all out of stock on many curtains they have displayed & they're still not restocked on butter warmers they sold out of before New Year and now I have to order this stuff online instead. That's sad. I've always loved shopping in the store versus ordering online.

Their new layout is really good and the staff is helpful and friendly. It is good to discover unique holiday and gift items on display. Their checkout is fast. I like the convenience of online shopping with instore pickup option.
I had the best customer service from Chris the Manager. He helped with an item for a present for baby shower and found it at another store and shipped it to me. Plus he helped me with my membership account & switching me email. He went way beyond any regular customer service. In todays world we don't find too many people who go out of there way to help out a customer like Chris did. I will continue to shop specifically at 215 Junction Rd. location because of Chris's customer service!! Thanks again Chris! :) Renelle Roesler
