Worse place ever came in for a screen fix then the phone immediately started messing up. Then told me I need a new battery, bought a new battery from them. The phone still continues to mess up and now my phone is completely useless and won’t come on. 500 dollars down the drain on an iPhone 10. Highly advise do not go here for any means necessary.

Did not perform a diagnostic test before inserting a new battery. The new battery that was installed did not work and was damaged. Had a diagnostic test been performed then it would have been known that the battery was not the issue. I was charged 50 and only was given 30 back even though it was their mistake for not doing the test first. I paid the 50 because I thought he tested it and was sure it the battery. They’re very nice but need to test first before charging customers for something that is not the issue and not wanting to correct their mistakes.
I went to the place and it was a big problem with my phone, but they did the repair. How wonderful they would have been if I would give them more than 5 stars. I did.
Took my phone to them yesterday to see what was wrong with it and when I came back he had already fixed it without asking before. Was treated with NO respect whatsoever, mind you he had more customers in store. Told me he didn’t have time for me. He tried to fight my husband and finally a guy he knew came in with a gun showing in his right hip. Felt threatened. NEVER go to this place.
