Our furnace stopped the day before a large snowstorm. It was Saturday, so we called the emergency number. Dustin responded quickly and arrived within an hour. He diagnosed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately the fan motor was out and he could not get the part. I called Jessica first thing Monday morning. She located the part and called back within 2 hours. Colin was our service person. He had to work overtime and got here in the snowy dark down our narrow dirt road. Worked for about 90 minutes and we were warm and cozy that night. This team was great. Courteous, clean, responsive with good communication. Highly recommended.

Excellent company with excellent customer service. I have had several techs over the last 11 years using this company and they are all very clean and professional, always wearing the boot covers when in your home. The best tech I’ve seen is Dustin who is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. You can tell he is experienced and I trust him completely. I always recommend Duct Rite Mechanical as they have installed my Trane heat pumps and kept them on top condition for over a decade!
The contractor preformed service on one of systems and I asked them to give me a quote to replace my second system. I received my quote after about a week and there price was pretty reasonable, so I had my old system replaced. The estimate and installation went very well with know issue's and the estimator and installers were professional and did a great job!
Nick was very pleasant and answered any questions I had. The office staff was wonder when I called. I would recommend Duct-Rite Mechanical. Thanks again. So I had to have my A/C replace which we did it was 17 years old we had propane heat we switched to to propane backup and a heat pump. Mr Joe Smith was wonderful and the men who install the units were very efficient and answered all our questions. Thanks for the GREAT job!!
