This review is for our takeout experience only. The food was as expected. We ordered online at 1:24. Order was supposed to be ready at 1:32. I checked in on the text as instructed to let them know we were there and went in. Since we’d never done pick-up at a five guys, I waiting in line to let the cashier know I was there. He was polite and stated it would be another 3 minutes for the fries and directed me to stand in the pick up line and he let the crew know I was there. Another 5 minutes pass and still no order. They were so busy and I finally caught one of them to ask again. He states they were working on It and it would be 4 more minutes. I finally received my order 15 minutes after the online system said it would be ready. 15 minutes standing in a crowded lobby, no apology. I understand they were busy, but don’t promise a time and make a customer wait way over the expected time.

Horse burger turned put fantastic! So happy we were able to swing by and pick out a fresh one.
Its so good and fast and fresh. Shakes are out of this world. The gentleman that took our order was awesome. \David\ and crew where great .
The food is delicious. 100% Pure Beef. I was able to have my burger anyway I wanted. My orders are always correct, pleasant staff, and I love the Fries. My most favorite besides the burgers and fries are the Milk Shakes. Everything!! Over the top delicious!!
Five Guys Burgers and Fries are always a dependable and predictable place to eat! My wife has gluten allergies so she loves the lettuce wrapped burgers. The are fresh cut daily and cooked in oil!!! Free peanuts!!! The price is, as always, slightly high but it's so worth it. It's not Fast Food but it's sure is fast!! Just wait for them to yell out your patty quantity!!
