As a neighborhood store we try to give them business every time we need something. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable and today was no exception. As soon as we entered we were greeted by both staff members and one asked if we were looking for something in particular. He (Brandon) showed me four brands of backpacks and explained pros and cons of all and recommended which one he liked for our purpose. The great customer service we receive at Fontana is why we will continue to buy all our sports and outdoor needs there.

I love this store. Mostly, I'm limited to gloves, boots, sandals, camping, and skiing gear. If I ever lose enough weight to be able to wear XL or they find space to stock 2XL clothes this will be a 5 star review.
Jack went above and beyond sorting an issue with some boots, something that he could have so easily just laughed off. Amazing customer service. You'll be in great hands.
Fontana has the limited stock of an in-person store but the friendly and helpful staff make it a good browsing experience
