I hardly ever write bad reviews. Had to work from home so couldn't go with my wife and her mother to pick up a new desk. Marlin was completely rude with them, snapping at my family, telling them it was going to take a long time to get the hutch from the back then returning moments later to again RUDELY state it would'nt be in for a few weeks. How do you have the bottom half of a desk but not the top? And not know what you have in stock ? And if that's the case fine but don't be rude to my family I know DAMN well they showed you respect and intended to spend good money. Which we still did but certainly won't be coming there again. Reading other reviews shows the same; terrible customer service.

Bought a chair and they were able to assemble it same day. Not only did they take care of the chair, I showed up just after they closed and they took care of me and got me out. Great customer service and experience! Will shop here again.
Unfortunately we had a terrible situation happen at this store with the cashier. My fiance and I were at the register checking out, when Doug asked the casher if he had any points on his account. Should be a simple request, however her reaction was to get an attitude and was rude. There was a supervisor behind her and she also didn't acknowledge my fiance's request. So no apology or even eye contact! Both individuals apparently could care less. Let's see if I hear from anyone from this business regarding this negative review. Probably not, because the physical appearance of the stores like no one cares. It is dirty and unkept which tells me they will likely not be here in the future.
Horrible and rude Staff!! I went tonight at 7:30 pm to print some documents, there was nobody there to help, for it was my first time printing at an office. I saw a computer that was to the customer side, so I assumed we can use it to download and print out our papers. Few seconds later, an African American lady came rushing us from it with a horrible attitude saying it was not for public use, we apologies telling her we didn’t know and it was our first time and there was no sign indicating extra charge. She went on saying let the cashier in the front know you should be charged for computer use. The service was horrible and very rude. It is our first and last time coming here, we are very disappointed.
Don't buy a desk here. They are made with garbage parts and break instantly. The return policy is pathetic considering the low quality of the products.
