Worst clinic ever! There are many options out there and im switching now. The incompetence, ridiculousness, and the utter undermining of their patients in this place is astounding! Want to earn your place at the bottom of their communist empire? Sign right up but don't say you were not warned. This place is a joke and a waste of time. Instead of helping you in your recovery you'll leave this place with another excuse to go use with the amount of frustration and irritation you will receive here.

The staff is great they have a few kinks in the way things are ran, but for the most part they are good really like my counselor they offer great groups but I personally think they should give take home's for Saturday and Sunday but that is just my opinion I have had a couple of issue's with some rudeness from certain staff members I think those staff members automatically think everyone there is below them and everyone there is a heroin addict which in my case is not true not that, That matters because addiction is addiction period. But a lil bit of compassion too the client's wouldn't hurt front desk. Just saying but all n all they do help you n clearly it's up too u to stick to your sobriety. Thanku Sacred Heart for your help keeping me in a good place in my life.

Terrible clinic. I have been a patient at 3 different clinics and this is by far the worst. Understaffed for dosing, doctors are only available 3 days a week, billing errors galore, unfair policies. Patients are treated unfairly.

It’s a joke, they never listen to their patients needs. I’ve been trying to see a doctor for weeks and they’re very rude about it. I sat there for 4 hours one day just to get told I wouldn’t be able to see a doctor.

Saving lives is not only a necessary job but is also a stressful job. At sacred heart they take the necessary care and supervision of there clients to a 5 star level. Extremely knowledgeable staff and strong work ethics. 5 stars
