Give Iconi 1-star because you can’t give negative stars. Purchased glass dining table for my son’s new apartment from them and used the movers Iconi INSISTED we use for delivery. Movers shattered table on delivery. Iconi didn’t feel it necessary to follow up with us in any way or offer to reimburse for the cost of the table afterward. Again, they insisted on us using their “experienced” movers. Great customer service!!! My son will be telling all his friends as they relocate to Madison for jobs with a large technology company.
