Unfortunately if you're looking for a wide selection of fabric or crafting supplies, JoAnn is nearly the only game in town, and this store simply doesn't feel safe during a pandemic. Yes, their staff were all wearing masks and they require customers to wear them as well, but the aisles are too narrow and crowded, the area around the cutting tables is cluttered and chaotic, and there's no safe way to distance while waiting. It appears as though they're allowing online orders, which were stacked in a huge disorganized pile at the cutting tables.Staff do their best to keep all the customers happy, but they're clearly overworked and understaffed -- there was one person working the register and the line was already really long when they had only been open for 30 minutes.The only way I'll go back in the near future is if I can take some time off to visit during a weekday.

Their selection of aida cloth was pretty limited and there were several out of stock items but the cashier was very nice and engaging.

Their prices are high but I always have great coupons that help. For example, yesterday I saved 30 off a 75 purchase. The staff is good at helping customers in a timely fashion, given how busy they usually are.
