I drove 1 hour to take my machine with tension problems to M & R because it was suppose to be the best place. being told it would take 3 weeks to fix it that was great. well 2 months and 100 later it was picked up. doing everything I was suppose to do, it only works once in a while. Not happy cause now I have to take it some place else to have it fixed
