Fantastic trail network. Great for easy, short family rides or all out long rides. There are very few road crossings and lots of easy parking /access points if you're driving the kids' bikes to the trails. Some of the routes go by parks and playgrounds, too, and everyone is very friendly. There are a few hills, but it's generally flat, and the empty trails, limited crossings and smooth pavement also make it this trail system great for getting some serious fast rides in.

Easy parking. Great place to get on the trails.
The trail is super nice, but the westernmost stretch beginning at the trailhead goes past a landfill and steel plant. The air was smoky and there were rotten egg smells. I had gray particles in my eyes after our ride. Next time we will start further east.
Love the MCT trails for bike riding.
