Knowledgeable local shop that offered curbside pickup. I purchased my first vacuum for an apartment and they guided me to the right make and model for my needs, including a consideration of the warranty. I wanted to support local during COVID19 so I chose Madison Vacuum.
The plug detached from the cord on my vacuum cleaner. When I brought it in for repair, the owner repaired it , free of charge. It could have cost over 200.00 for a new plug to replace it, otherwise.
Great place, I took my vacuum with what I thought was broken. They took a look at it and found no problem. I came back and it was working and they did not even charge me. If you are having any problems with your vacuum I totally recommend this place. Very honest and welcoming.
Extremely prompt, professional service! I thought for sure I'd have to buy a new vacuum when my 20-year-old Oreck upright stopped working, but John reconditioned and cleaned it in a day--for a very reasonable price.
