We reported a main break on Sunday feb 7th. The crew was ther from 2 unitl after 10 last night. I wanted to say tahk you to those folks for being out in the cold, missing the super bowl and working thier butts off so we could have water. My family THANKS YOU ALL VERY MUCH!!!

HORRIBLE customer service & billing department. They can't do their job. When asked to TRANSFER account another family member for an installment plan which they said they will do... They didn't. Instead, they dropped the ball and how did they fix THEIR mistake? They pushed it onto the taxes as a lump sum. When we called and asked them to correct the error they said NOPE and it's up to ourselves and said \good luck\. Thanks!

Communication is poor and billing cycles are confusing as all get-out. Website is poorly setup and counterintuitive. The people are generally pretty helpful though.
