They created a site survey for me that was very detailed and clear. Fee was fair and the turn around great. I will definitely use them again for my future needs.
They quoted 800 for a lot line survey for a small, rectangular lot with two known corners. They would not negotiate from that price, it seems that they will high-ball you in the hopes that you are too dumb to shop around.
