Dan and Tony Installed 3 carriage doors with no issues. Dan explained the process very well while the install was being done. Doors look amazing. Mitchell was very professional and helpful in locating the doors I needed for my new house. Great job guys and I definitely recommend overhead door company of Huntsville.

Disappointing response. Left my info on the website requesting a quote for a broken spring. Provided the size of my door (8x8') and received a call back the next day with an estimate of 225. Appointment scheduled and was told the tech would call when they were 30 minutes away. The tech arrived the next day (without the call) and said they do not carry the size of the spring I needed for a 8' door, only 7'. They could order one, but the cost would be more than 450. Called Wilson garage door company and they also do not carry the springs for the 8' door, but would convert it to the newer torsion bar for 225-250. Service scheduled. I did receive a call from the owner after the post attempting to make it right by discounting the price. He explained they have been overwhelmed by the ice storm and did not carry the 8' extension springs.

I discovered a broken garage door spring late yesterday. I called and they fit me in this morning...more than I expected. Dan was my service rep and he had my door fixed in approximately 30 minutes. He gave me a few pointers and explained the warranty very clearly. Dan also serviced our doors last summer and he is very knowledgeable and a gentleman. Great and courteous service!!
