These guys are all so nice! I even made a mistake and thought some balloons were included in a special they were running...but they weren't. However the manager was amazing and he still helped me work through it. Great customer service from everyone involved!

Terrible. 20 people waiting in line and 1 cashier! Line never went down, and cashier never increased! It is UW Madison graduation soon other schools in a couple of months. The manager poorly planned this weekend and should be reprimanded. Took 15 minutes in line to get to cashier. I have included a photo to prove it. Felt so bad for cashier, I would of ordered the person filling balloons to help. I would of told people getting balloons filled would be a little bit. They were telling people on phone to call back because so busy could not take orders on phone. Also s lot of people had 25% discount that expired today. REAL RECEIPE FOR DISASTER AND SHOWED! oh yeah, they regional manager shoukd be reprimanded too.
