My only complaint is that I had no sense in advance of what time they would pick up the POD once it was filled, so I had to scramble to get my king-sized bed into the container very early that morning before pick up and had to do that alone because my help was lined up for later that morning. Other than that, this is absolutely the way to move long distance!

I am dealing with a legitimate nightmare. They replaced a broken pod and now are demanding 4 times the amount originally agreed upon. OR they will send to collections and possibly AUCTION?!? I have the money to give but the absurdity of the situation is the problem. Basically a 'bait and switch'. I may have to face litigation.
Dale from Florida was too condescending for me. I heard Dale quote me another price and when I asked him what the additional price was? Dale became defensive. It was just a chore for him to answer any of my questions? Dale needed to be the person in control, as though, I was supposed to take his aloof answers and directives without question. Very authoritative. I hung up on Dale after his last attitudinal sigh.....
