I would like to compliment one of your employees from the Renew Madison locations- Payton’s phone presence is welcoming and genuine, not canned or pretend. She genuinely seems interested in my concerns or questions, and always wants to find resolution or answers. She is professional, kind, and very timely. Payton follows up when feedback or updates are needed. Payton never seems rushed or impatient. She is a shining star of your team, and I can’t say that for many that I have come in contact with in your organization. Payton is missed in the Renew 78 West office-I always knew things would get done when Payton was working. Payton has a keen eye for what needs to be done, she gets the job done-anticipates needs or problems, and is always proactive. Been living here 9 yrs,have paid rent- in full,on time and Never missed a payment,September 4th 2020 rent 945.00 was hand given back by Stephanie,said in sufficient funds claimed I owe 20 also gave me a paper of my payments and deductions,upon reading them and my lease agreement ,found they owe us 20 for April rent utility that we over paid for 3mo,they refunded 2 of the months ,I have had so many problems here since new owners , buildings have MOLD,Rented this place with 2 air-conditioners down to 1,front door fell off hendges,windows falling out with the frame,Do Not move here,office lady rude and don't know anything about the place ,what's owed,are how utility payments are set they are going down Fast!How do they not know how much my rent is? It's in the 30page lease we signed,910 set utility payment 35/6 months and 55 /6 months, they sent email saying my rent 930. And we pay according to bill cycle,No a lease is a bidding contract,that they have broken! SAD

Renew 78 west is really nice and really well kept. Desiree from the leasing office is amazing to work with, she helps you whenever you have question and is fantastic to work with!

I only lived here for 1 year before we purchased a place, but i really loved the place. I had an updated unit, and i can say that it was very nice for the price. Quiet buildings, securely locked, with a dishwasher and laundry in unit. The underground parking was a bonus! I've read most of these reviews and maybe that was their experiences, but i really didn't experience any of the negatives things i have read. The one thing i would encourage management to work on is Communication. They, at times, can be slow to get back to you. Other than that, i loved the place! Wanted to give 4.5 stars, but that wasn't an option.

A future tenant here, hopefully. My partner and I toured one of the units and we loved everything we saw. Desiree Johnson assisted us with great customer service and toured us personally with proper safety precautions and guidance. The buildings were very clean and the surrounding area/courtyard was beautiful and well maintained. We look forward to living here.
