Extremely rude. They were called to our building to investigate a issue reported by a customer with the elevator. After determining the elevator was operational the technician was condescending and arrogant to the building staff about why he needed to come out. Was \told this was a nuisance\, as we saw it it was a liability and our duty to have it checked out.
