Melissa is AMAZING!!!!! I’ve been seeing her for years now and she has completely changed my skin for the better. She is calm, patient, and very informative about what products she’s using, what techniques, and how to continue caring for my skin. She never pushes products and only recommends things she truly thinks my skin can benefit from. Melissa goes above and beyond - she wasn’t able to do my facial for my destination wedding, but took the time to help me find someone in the wedding area who used Eminence products and connected with them to discuss my skin and what products she regularly uses on me. I cannot say enough good things about Melissa - go see her now!!

Melissa made my first ever facial a dream. I've never been unhappy with my skin -- I don't suffer from acne/buildup/dry patches or anything like that -- but I had a sneaking suspicion that it could be just a bit more vibrant if I gave it some professional TLC. So I splurged on a facial. And as it turns out, the whipping cold outside and the dry heat inside had dehydrated the top layers of skin on my cheeks and forehead, making it look dull, and the drugstore/Ulta exfoliation routines I use weren't cutting it. After just an hour with Melissa, my skin was buffed and shined, and I felt relaxed all over. She's very thorough without being overbearing, and you can tell she really loves what she does which makes it a delight to be in her care. Highly recommend!

My first time with Melissa. Melissa is very kind and calming. She listened to my concerns (which was hard because I was all over the place with my issues) and then took the time to share her knowledge and educate me. She did that without the hard sales pitch. She did inform me that we could work together to develop a routine care that was best for me when I was ready. The actual facial was awesome. Very thorough and my skin felt sensational and glowy. I am already on the books for another one and can’t wait!
