We purchased a van through Al Franklin, he was informative and not pushy at all. He was fine with us looking vans from 10,000 to 40,000 and helped us settle on the perfect van in the mid-twenties. He didn’t seem to pressure us into any vehicle, and asked questions that helped us identify what we needed. He was upfront with us and we felt we got a vary fair price. They were also very fair with our trade in offer!

Best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I have owned Toyota's for 10 years and trade about every 3 years. Alex Parsons is a fantastic sales representative. Very knowledgeable, kind and respectful. Ryan Kutty is an outstanding finance representative! Explained everything in great detail. Peter (did not catch his last name) helped us with all of the new features in our 4Runner! This was excellent. I have never had this experience at any other dealership and he did an excellent job with answering all of our questions. I love my 4Runner! I would recommend Smart Toyota any day of the week.
Smart Motors has never disappointed us! We recently bought a used vehicle from them for the fist time and our satisfaction was no less than prior visits. Our sales person, Austin, answered all of our questions and was very helpful and friendly. We normally have interacted with Clint and he is amazing too. Whether you are buying new or used, we highly recommend this dealership!
Supposed to pick up car Friday at 3:00. I called to make sure it was ready, was told no. Rescheduled for Saturday at 1:00, was told it would be ready and the process would be 1 hour. At 2:00 the car was not ready so I sat and waited, finally left the dealership at 3:30 frustrated. This experience took all the excitement of getting a new car away. This is the second and last car I will purchase from this dealer.
