Madison Square Bridal is incredible! I was married on December 20, 2020, and I felt so beautiful in my custom gown. Rita and GiGi are precious and made my experience so welcoming and so exciting. I was worried at first about purchasing a dress I have never seen, but GiGi saw my vision for my dress, and took all my ideas and wants and drew me a sample. He took the inspiration photos I had, and allowed me to show them exactly what I wanted. From the moment I met Eva, I knew my dress was going to be perfect. The process of bringing my ideas to life was so simple with her expertise. She listed to me and made the dress exactly for my body. Working with her and this team was the best wedding dress experience I could have asked for. Eva created the dress of my dreams and blew me away with how perfect it was. She is a perfectionist in the best way possible! I could not find what I wanted in any store, and she created my dream dress in just a few months. I will recommend Madison Square Bridal to everyone! Thank you Rita, GiGi, and especially Eva for giving me my dream wedding dress!

Gigi and Elizabeth were absolutely wonderful! They really made the whole experience relaxing and fun. They are both very personable and the appointment was very intimate. They welcomed not only myself but also my guests I had with me. You are the only appointment in the boutique during your visit and they allow you to take your time as you navigate through what you’re looking for. I would 100% recommend them every time!

My daughter and I had an appointment today. What a pleasant experience!! My daughter had been unable to narrow down the exact dress as she liked certain aspects of several different ones. After listening carefully to what she wanted and relying on their expertise, the ladies were able to customize the perfect dress. The cost is surprisingly affordable for a custom dress. If you are wanting a great experience and a gorgeous dress for your day - do not hesitate to make an appointment! You will not be disappointed!!!
