Great local store located in downtown Madison. They wrap the gifts free of cost.
I bought a birthday toy for my son. Staff was helpful in helping me pick a RC Car. Once opened there was a defect with the battery compartment screw. I took it back and was greeted immediately by helpful staff going beyond to remedy the situation. After trying to fix the defect, they simply replaced it with another one. They’re not the cheapest but superior customer service makes up for the difference. Happy to know my money is going towards an honest local business. Customer loyalty is earned, they have mine.
Ana amazing place. Nothing you can't find Such knowleable assistance. I purchased small hard toy zoo animals Zebra, panda , etc for my hearing impaired 3 yr grandson. A change from the farm animals. They gift wrap!
Staff is always smiling and welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. My family goes there for toys for the children, gifts and everything toy related! The staff is accommodating to make recommendations and send photos over text message, complete transactions over the phone and provide great and fast curbside pickup and delivery!
