Terrible! WITH NO FAULT OF US WE HAVE TO WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT FOR OUR MONEY!!! Did we create the virus? So when u get laid off where is the unemployment benefits? Hire more people!!! I don’t understand the months and months of delays??? Instead of a google review the mayor or governor should be doing something about this.

This is very easy to use and claim unemployment I don't know why people say that it is hard to call to claim unemployment sides that other people are lazy to call and do this on there own

After calling multiple times to a full queue, I finally got put into a queue. Someone answered after 34 minutes in queue, asked me all kinds of questions and got authorization to put me through to claims. After another hour and a half in a claims queue someone picked up at 5:16 pm and hung up the phone. I call back on day 2, talk to another lady, get cleared to be put in claims queue. At the 45 minute mark someone picked up the call and again disconnected me. SMH, giving up.

Totally impossible to get a hold of anybody from the DWD. If by chance you do get a hold of someone there very short and get you off the phone as soon as possible. I like that because they can get more calls handled but they come short on answering all your questions. Been over 11 weeks since I filed and I have yet to collect one cent.
