Craig and Wayne made my car buying experience painless despite me being 500 miles away. After seeing the car for which I was looking on their website, I contacted Craig and he gave me a full rundown of the vehicle and sent extra pictures to make me very comfortable about making the trip. Once I arrived, Wayne had the car ready for me to view and it was exactly as Craig had described. The paperwork took no time at all and I was out the door with the keys. At Madsen Motors we found exactly the car my daughter wanted as her college graduation gift! The 2019 Mercedes Benz GLC300 had very low mileage, was fairly priced, and in excellent condition. Caitlin was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Communication with Caitlin and the owners of Madsen Motors was prompt and helpful, including questions we thought of days after completing our purchase. We were very pleased with our purchase and our experience!
