Giving one star because 0 isn't an option. Eric washed our windows twice satisfactorily in previous years. This year he came as scheduled but didn't have the supplies he needed to do the job. Came back several days later and did about 2/3 of the exterior windows and none of the interior. He didn't do all of the exterior that he said he did or that we paid him for. Plus several need to be done again as they weren't cleaned all the way to the bottom. He scheduled to come back in 3 days to finish. He said he wasn't feeling well and couldn't get on a ladder. All kinds of stories. He's too old and his kids have taken over the business etc. He's set two days to come back but hasn't shown. Won't answer phone or texts. Would never rehire or recommend others to.
